(1). Program Goals ​ ​

Make Captains for outside teams out of as many people for those outside teams and programs as we can. ​

 

Set Personal Bests and Achieve Fitness Goals. ​

 

Win Conference Championships. ​ Break School Records. ​

 

​Set Program All-World List Marks. ​

 

Get as many people to college walk-on opportunities or more as possible. ​

 

Have participants academically eligible through the NCAA Clearinghouse. Use an academic service if needed. We refer to Academic and Athletic Sports Consulting. James Shettleworth is a former collegiate Basketball coach and was my college academic adviser.  ​

 

Get participants to be qualified for admissions to the school of their choice. ​

 

Participants are able to garner a good personal reference/letters of recommendation for a career, recruiting, academic admissions and other endeavors from program staff to inquiring parties. ​

​(3). The Reward System - Incentives

"Cyclones" Status-Big Brother-Big sister program-Black and Purple Tornado-Cyclone Shirts:  

The program is Evolve Performance. The team is the Cyclones. This is a training program but is more specifically a training team because of the benefits of synergy and support from one another. 

 

Customer versus Cyclone Status: Customer is going to train with the group for a fee after screening. Each new participant is assigned a veteran member of the program as a Big Brother/Big Sister. They guide and help develop the new participant.  Take care of each other. When the new athlete reaches a point where they're playing a role in strongly contributing to raise the bar of physical and character development of the team, the Big Brother bestows the new athlete a Black and Purple Cyclone Shirt as being symbolic that you're no longer a customer, You're a Cyclone now, and you're part of the team. The bestowing is ceremonial when the Big Brother/Big Sister gets in front of the team and the Big Brother/Big Sister and Coach will recognize their efforts and contributions and they are be presented black and purple Cyclone shirt. ​

“Key to your dreams” 

We give each competitor a key with no cuts on it to begin the training period and they keep it over their career. Every 6 weeks we put a single into the key. The key is symbolic, that that key can unlock your dreams. Anything you want. And that hard work pays.

“H&M and Gift Cards Reward”

Participants that exhibit exemplary attendance and academics are rewarded with a High-End clothing Gift Card or the option of another Gift Card of their choice of equal value. This is typically 90% Session Attendance Rate and a 3.0 or higher GPA. Participants that improve their GPA 1 whole grade point in a semester also qualify for Gift Card Reward. ​

"Worker of the Month Playlist Reward”

Participants are rewarded as workers who display outstanding work ethic, and awarded worker of the month status, and as a reward, they get to have their playlist played during warm-ups.
